Further to COMM CIRC 11/105, Members are advised that the final version of the abovementioned document has been provided by Australia and is now available in English in the public domain of the CCAMLR website (www.ccamlr.org/pu/e/e_pubs/linkages.pdf). Translations will be undertaken in 2012 as resources allow.

Draft letter from the Chair to the Antarctic Treaty Secretariat regarding CCAMLR’s engagement with Malaysia

Members are advised that the letter attached to COMM CIRC 11/125 on 14 December 2011 from the Chair of the Commission, Mr Terje Løbach, was the incorrect version. The correct version is now attached.

Draft letter from the Chair to the Antarctic Treaty Secretariat regarding CCAMLR’s engagement with Malaysia
TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION
The Chair of the Commission, Mr Terje Løbach, has requested that the attached letter be circulated to Members for comment. Members should note that the letter has been amended to reflect comments provided by the European Union and the United Kingdom as requested in COMM CIRC 11/112.
It would be appreciated if responses and suggestions could be received by 21 December 2011.

Monthly Fishery Report No. 12 Update on Catches Reported to CCAMLR in 2010/11
TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION
The attached report summarises fishing activities in 2010/11 as reported in 5-day, 10-day and monthly catch and effort data submitted to the Secretariat to date. These data are circulated in accordance with conservation measures in force.
Catch and effort by reporting period for each fishery are emailed regularly to Contracting Parties participating in these fisheries.

CCAMLR website security
TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION AND THE SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE
Members are advised that the Secretariat will be postponing the standard annual change of username and password for access to the Members only section of the CCAMLR website due to planned upgrades to the website security occurring early in 2012.
As a result of the upgrade, the Secretariat will be informing Members of a new protocol for managing individual usernames and passwords. Until such time, the current usernames and passwords will remain valid.

CCAMLR-XXX and SC-CAMLR-XXX Reports
TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION
Further to COMM CIRC 11/109–SC CIRC 11/52, Members are advised that French, Russian and Spanish pre-publication versions of the CCAMLR-XXX Report are now available to Members only.
Members are advised that an advance copy of the SC-CAMLR-XXX Report in English has been made publicly available on the CCAMLR website. The final report will be publicly available in all languages in April 2012.
