IUU-listed vessel Baiyangdian
TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION
The IUU-listed vessel Baiyangdian has recently changed its name to Keshan and is now flagged to Mongolia.
If no comments are received by 3 April 2013, the Secretariat will update the NCP IUU Vessel List to reflect these changes and write to Mongolia regarding this matter.

Belize has provided the attached letter and information for circulation to all Members of the Commission.
If no comments are received by 3 April 2013, the Secretariat will update the NCP IUU Vessel List to reflect the change of flag for the IUU-listed vessel Ray.

Significant upgrade for distributing Circulars
TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION AND THE SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE
The Secretariat is pleased to advise that a significant upgrade for managing and distributing Circulars (CIRCs) has recently been completed and is ready for implementation. This development takes advantage of features available on the new website. It responds to feedback from CCAMLR Members and Secretariat staff concerning the current CIRC distribution system.
The key features of the new system include:

In accordance with the Rules of Procedure, Members are invited to attend the Second Special Meeting of the Commission (CCAMLR-SM-II) and the First Intersessional Meeting of the Scientific Committee (SC-CAMLR-IM-I) which will be held in Bremerhaven, Germany, from 11 to 16 July 2013.
The venue for these meetings is at the Conference Centre, Atlantic Hotel Sail City, Am Strom 1, 27568 Bremerhaven, Germany.

Monthly Fishery Report No. 3 – Update on Catches Reported to CCAMLR in 2012/13

The attached monthly report summarises fishing activities in the Convention Area in 2012/13, based on catch and effort reports submitted to the Secretariat to date. Detailed fishery reports are emailed regularly to Contracting Parties and their vessels participating in each fishery.
