In accordance with Conservation Measure 21-02, Members are advised that the Republic of Korea has notified a replacement fishing vessel due to operational reasons (attached).



The Jung Woo No. 3 has been replaced by the Kostar in the notifications for exploratory fisheries in Subareas 88.1 and 88.2 in 2012/13.

In accordance with Conservation Measure (CM) 10-06, paragraph 8 Members are advised that two vessels, the Chio Maru No. 3 and the Hong Jin No. 701 have been included on the Provisional CP-IUU Vessel List for consideration by the Commission.

In accordance with CM 10-07, paragraph 12 Members are advised that one vessel, the MV Baiyangdian has been included on the Provisional NCP-IUU Vessel List.
