The date for notification for the purposes of Article IX.6 of the Convention is 3 November 2023.

Members are further advised that a preliminary English version of the CCAMLR-42 report has been posted on the CCAMLR website. You will need to log in to view this report. The report will be publicly available on the website in English on 10 November 2023, and in all languages on 15 November 2023.
