Participation

Members are reminded of their obligation to notify the Secretariat in advance of the meeting, the names of their representatives, alternate representatives and advisers. Personal Information Forms and online registrations will not be processed unless notification of attendance is received from the official Commission contact concerned.

Meeting Papers

Members are reminded that the deadline for submission of Working Papers to CCAMLR-XXX and SC-CAMLR-XXX, which require translation, is 9 September 2011. Translation of Working Papers received after the abovementioned deadline will be possible only to the extent that the length of the paper and the date of submission permit. The deadline for submission of Background Papers, which do not require translation, is 24 September 2011.

Members’ attention is drawn to the requirements set out in the Submission of Papers to Meetings of the Commission and the Scientific Committee. Members are reminded that the Commission revised its guidelines last year (CCAMLR-XXIX, paragraph 3.18).

Members are requested to submit all meeting papers by email to webmaster@ccamlr.org as a Word document and as a pdf. This will assist Secretariat staff in streamlining the process of making the papers available to Members.
