TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION AND THE SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE

Members are referred to COMM CIRC 11/73–SC CIRC 11/34 of 15 July 2011 inviting Members to attend the forthcoming annual meetings of the Commission and the Scientific Committee at CCAMLR Headquarters, 181 Macquarie Street, Hobart, Australia, from 24 October to 4 November 2011.

The Commission’s Provisional Agenda and Annotated Agenda and the Scientific Committee’s Provisional Agenda and Annotated Agenda have been prepared, and are being distributed, in accordance with Rule 17 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure and Rule 7 of the Scientific Committee’s Rules of Procedure respectively.

Please note that the following information is available on the Commission and Scientific Committee ‘Members Only’ sections of the website:

• Online registration information.
• Revised proposed schedule for the meetings.
• Information Note containing details on the meeting venue and facilities, registration and accommodation.
• Guidelines for the submission of papers to both the Commission and Scientific Committee meetings.
• Meeting documents as they become available.

Members are reminded to advise the Secretariat, as soon as possible, of the names of their representative, alternate representative(s) and adviser(s) to both the Commission and Scientific Committee. Overseas participants travelling to Hobart to attend CCAMLR meetings are urged to pay particular attention to the Australian visa requirements set out in COMM CIRC 11/60–SC CIRC 11/28.
