The Secretariat has received a request from the UN Division for Ocean Affairs and the Law of the Sea (UNDOALOS) for information on the subject of "Sustainable fisheries management in the face of climate change" (attached). 

CCAMLR responded to a similar request on the subject of "Implementation of the ecosystem approach to fisheries management" in 2022, and in accordance with a request from Members (COMM CIRC 20/44–SC CIRC 20/42) circulated its draft response as COMM CIRC 22/21–SC CIRC 22/18. 

Following the procedure adopted in 2022, the Secretariat has prepared a draft response to the new request (attached). Any comments are requested by 12 March 2024 so that the Secretariat may submit the contribution by the due date of 17 April.
