Further to COMM CIRC 22/68–SC CIRC 22/68 and SC CIRC 22/57, participants are reminded to apply for their visas at least 6 to 8 weeks prior to the intended travel date to ensure timely visa processing. Please also make sure that you register on the CCAMLR website for all meetings you wish to attend.

Please note that any participant who believes they may require assistance from the Secretariat with visa processing will need to complete a CCAMLR Personal Information Form. Only forms of participants who have also registered on the CCAMLR website can be processed.

As you may be aware, people entering Australia no longer need to provide evidence of vaccination status. It is important to remember that airlines, vessel operators and other countries may have specific requirements with which travellers will need to comply.
