We have become aware of a sophisticated email scam purporting to originate from Jakob Granit with the email address chair.ccamlr@aol.com, asking for money to help with travel arrangements on behalf of a Member. The emails are tailored to the recipients. 

Please do not respond to this scam. This is not a real message and it is not an official CCAMLR email address. If in doubt please contact the Secretariat.
