In accordance with Article IX.6 of the Convention, Members are advised that the conservation measures adopted at CCAMLR-40 and notified to all Members on 5 November 2021 (COMM CIRC 21/141–SC CIRC 21/150) become binding to all Members on 4 May 2022.
