The Secretariat advises that the exploratory fishery for Dissostichus mawsoni in the Special Research Zone (RS-SRZ) of Subarea 88.1 and SSRUs 882A–B, as referred to in Conservation Measure (CM) 41-09, will close at 2359 UTC on 19/12/2022.

Vessels must not deploy any gear after 2359 UTC on 18/12/2022.

This closure notice has been issued following the procedure described in COMM CIRC 22/112–SC CIRC 22/107 and in CM 31-02.
