In accordance with Conservation Measure 31-02, paragraph 5, Ukraine advised the Secretariat on 30 January 2021 that the Ukrainian-flagged vessel Simeiz was not able to remove all its fishing gear from the water in research block 2 of Subarea 88.2 by the notified closure date and time.
