TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION AND THE SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE



Members are advised that the Secretariat has prepared preliminary STATLANT data for 2011/12 (refer CCAMLR-XXVI, paragraph 4.89).  Members involved with fishing or fishery surveys in the Convention Area in 2011/12 will receive an email by 4 February 2013 with an Access database containing their STATLANT data.



Members who receive the email and database are kindly requested to validate the preliminary STATLANT data for 2011/12, taking note of any comments included in the data. Members may also take this opportunity to review previously submitted STATLANT data which are also contained in the Access database file. A new form has been developed to facilitate review of each Member’s data.



Amendments and corrections should be made in the Access database file provided in the email and returned to the Secretariat (data@ccamlr.org) before 28 February 2013.
