In accordance with Conservation Measure (CM) 31-02, paragraph 5, on 24 May 2024, Norway notified the Secretariat that the Antarctic Endurance, Antarctic Sea and Saga Sea did not retrieve all of their fishing gear from Subarea 48.1 prior to the notified closure date and time identified in COMM CIRC 24/53 - SC CIRC 24/41.
