This circular opens the 2023 Call for applications for funding from the General Capacity Building Fund. The GCBF Panel has agreed the following:

For travel assistance applications there will be two calls:

  • Call 1: Deadline 31 March 2023 for travel taking place before 31 August 2023.
  • Call 2: Deadline 15 July 2023 for travel taking place from 1 September onwards.

For general applications there will be one call, with a deadline of 15 July 2023.

No late applications will be considered.
