Further to COMM CIRC 22/76–SC CIRC 22/78, the Secretariat would like to remind participants to apply for their visas, if you have not already done so, as soon as possible as time is now of the essence with regard to visa processing.  

Please ensure your visa application is correct and complete, including all necessary attachments.  We have been informed that incomplete applications will be declined.

Please also make sure that you register on the CCAMLR website for all meetings you wish to attend.

Please note that any participant who believes they may require assistance from the Secretariat with visa processing will need to complete a CCAMLR Personal Information Form. This is now urgent, and the Secretariat requires these forms no later than Friday 9 September 2022.

As you may be aware, people entering Australia no longer need to provide evidence of vaccination status. It is important to remember that airlines, vessel operators and other countries may have specific requirements with which travellers will need to comply.
