In accordance with Conservation Measure 31-02, paragraph 5, Ukraine advised the Secretariat on 04 February 2021 that the Ukrainian-flagged vessels Calipso and Marigolds were not able to remove all of their fishing gear from the water in Subarea 88.2, SSRU H by the notified closure date and time.
