TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION AND THE SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE

Further to SC CIRC 11/31, Members are requested to note the following requirements from the IFREMER Campus for the submission of security information in order to attend the workshop.

Non-EU citizens must complete the attached form and submit it to Alain Desautez alain.desautez@ipev.fr with a copy to florian.penot@obs-vlfr.fr before 1000 hours (French time), Monday 1 August 2011.

EU citizens must provide names (as shown on your passport), passport number, date and place of birth, nationality, address and email address before 1000 hours (French time), Wednesday 10 August 2011.

The security arrangements for the meeting venue mean that it is not possible to receive information after the relevant deadline and it will not be possible for anyone for whom the information has not been received to attend the workshop.

I recognise that these deadlines are slightly unusual for CCAMLR workshops, however, I am sure that all Members understand the need for such security and recognise the constraints placed upon those who are generously hosting this workshop.
