Further to COMM CIRC 24/63-SC CIRC 24/50, participants are reminded to apply for their visas at least 8 to 10 weeks prior to the intended travel date to ensure timely visa processing.

Please note that any participant who requires a personalised letter of invitation from the Secretariat for their visa application will need to register for the meeting and complete a CCAMLR Personal Information Form.
